Mission and vision
Often we hear stories about the tremendous potential of the Western Balkan countries. Even more often, we witness this potential being underutilised. Greater access to various EU funding instruments provide opportunities for sustainable socioeconomic growth of the region. However, given the strict EU granting criteria, EU funds absorption in the Western Balkan countries remain low. Aiming at identifying and building on existing assets by implementing EU funded development projects to the benefit of the greater community, Regional Development Association designed a wide array of professional assistance services and programs.
Regional Development Association (RDA) was founded in 2017 with the aim of supporting communities and strengthening national and regional assets by preparing and implementing development projects financed by the European Union and other financial mechanisms. Positive impact on the socioeconomic footprint of the region is ensured by addressing key targets essential for sustainable growth, productivity and innovation at both local and regional level, thus cultivating a close-knit collaboration with the government bodies, leading science and research institutes, communities at large and other stakeholders.
